Cabbage, Wheat Flour, Onion, Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Carrots, Canola Oil, Butter, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Red Chillies, Potatoes, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Fennel, Cassia, Fenugreek Leaves, Cardamom Amomum, Nutmeg, Cloves, Maca, Green Cardamom, Asafoetida, Soya Sauce.

Allergens: Contains mustard, may contain sesame seeds.

Steaming Method:
  • Boil Water: Fill your steamer pot with water and bring it
    to a boil.
  • Prepare Steamer Tray: Apply non-stick oil to the
    steamer tray, and place frozen Momo with some spacing.
  • Steam Momo: Cover the tray and steam the Momo
    for 14-15 minutes until they’re non-sticky and slightly
    translucent.
  • Serve: Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
Pan-Fry Method:
  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place Frozen Momo in the skillet with some spacing.
  • Add Water & Cover: Pour 1/2 cup of water into the
    skillet, then cover with a lid to create steam.
  • Steam & Evaporate: Steam for 10-12 minutes until
    wrappers are soft. Remove the lid, let any remaining water
    evaporate, and serve.
